Our Work

“We use a range of hands-on techniques to help reduce pain, improve movement, and address the patterns keeping your body from functioning at its best.

01

Structural Integration

Anatomy Trains Structural Integration is a holistic bodywork approach that focuses on the fascial system's role in posture and movement. By connecting body segments through myofascial lines, it promotes better alignment and function. Practitioners address imbalances and restrictions to enhance well-being and physical freedom, making it effective for injury recovery and performance improvement.

02

Orthopedic Manual Therapy

Orthopedic massage is a specialized bodywork designed to treat musculoskeletal disorders. It relieves pain, improves mobility, and restores function by targeting areas of tension. Combining various massage methods, it addresses the root causes of discomfort and promotes overall wellness. Ideal for athletes and those with chronic pain, it can be an important part of treatment plan.

03

Visceral Manipulation

Visceral Manipulation is a gentle hands-on technique that focuses on the internal organs and their surrounding structures. By assessing and addressing restrictions in the body, this therapy aims to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall function. Practitioners use precise manual techniques to encourage the natural movement of the organs, promoting better health and well-being. This holistic approach can support various conditions and contribute to a more balanced and harmonious body.

04

Myofascial Release

John F. Barnes–style myofascial release is a gentle, hands-on therapy that uses sustained pressure to release restrictions in the body’s connective tissue (fascia).  Instead of forcing tight areas, the therapist waits for the tissue to soften and “melt,” allowing the fascia to gradually lengthen and reorganize through slow, full-body work.  As these fascial restrictions release, many people experience reduced chronic pain, better mobility, and more balanced movement in everyday life.

05

Gua Sha

Gua Sha is a traditional East Asian scraping therapy that uses a smooth-edged tool to glide over lubricated skin and mobilize fascia, soft tissue, and local circulation.  By applying steady, controlled strokes, it creates a brief, targeted inflammatory and microcirculation response that helps break up adhesions, release tight fascia, and move stagnant blood and fluid out of congested areas.  As those tissues free up, people often notice less muscle pain and stiffness, better movement, and improved tissue quality in the treated region.

06

Cupping Therapy

From a Western myofascial perspective, cupping is a technique uses suction cups to create negative pressure, lifting and separating skin, fascia, and muscle. This suction boosts blood flow, encourages lymphatic drainage, and helps release adhesions and points, allowing for greater tissue mobility. Many individuals experience reduced musculoskeletal pain, improved mobility, and a feeling of lightness in previously tight areas.

07

Visceral Manipulation

Visceral Manipulation, as taught by the Barral Institute, is a gentle hands-on therapy that works with the internal organs and the fascia that suspends and surrounds them.  The therapist uses precise, organ‑specific fascial mobilization and subtle pressure on the abdomen, rib cage, and pelvis to restore normal motion and suspension of the organs and improve how they communicate with the rest of the body.  As these restrictions ease, people often see improvements in pain, posture, breathing, digestion, and overall mobility, because better organ movement can reduce compensatory strain on the spine and other musculoskeletal structures.
