What is MYOKINETIC MASSAGE THERAPY?  MYO is the Greek prefix that refers to muscle and soft tissue while KINETIC refers to movement and motion.

 

Myokinetic Massage Therapy, PLLC has strives to eliminate dysfunctional structural patterns, to help improve movement and overall function of the human body.

The human body has many parts, some are meant for movement and others to create stability. Due to trauma, genetic structure, environmental reasons and/or poor movement patterns our muscles and tissues can become shorter and tighter or looser and weaker. These imbalances can cause structural inefficiencies that create compensation patterns that can eventually lead to pain and injury.
